ST. PAUL, Minn. - Two individuals and two relay teams captured first place finishes at Friday's St. Thomas Invite.

Sean Bjork led a pack of Oles in 1:58.66 to win the 800, and Tayler Aarness ran to a victory in the 3000 with a time of 8:55.40 edging out the second place finisher by .25 seconds.  The 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams finished in 1:34.42 and 3:26.11 respectively to win both relay events.

James McFarlin, in addition to competing in the 4x400 relay, finished 6th in the 55 meter race with at time of 6.74 and posted a 4th place finish in a time of 23.17 for the 200.

In the mile, Kyle Wagener posted a personal best of 4:26.52 in the mile to finish 4th.  Wagner was followed by fellow Ole Keith Ketola in 8th.

The Oles compete again as a team on Friday at Tostrud Center for a meet featuring Central College, Bethel University, and Gustavus College.
