Ole men second at MIAC Indoor Championships

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The St. Olaf men's track and field team finished second at the MIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday afternoon at the Anderson Field house at the University of St. Thomas.

The Oles had two MIAC champions over the weekend in Joe Coffey who was first in the mile run and Thomas Lerdall who won the 5,000 meter run. 

Coffey was also second in the 1,000 meter run, closely followed by Sean Bjork and Jacob Eggers who finished third and fourth. 

William Anderson was second in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 8:44.83 and Calvin Lehn was fourth. 

Nathan Kurtz-Enko finished fourth in shot put throwing 51-08.25. Nick Woods as fifth in the weight throw with a 52-03.25 mark.

St. Olaf will host the St. Olaf Final Qualifying Meet on March 3 at Tostrud Center.
