Everett D. Nyman, after three years as All-Conference tackle, was selected for the ”Little American” team in 1938. He earned ten letters in football, basketball and track. Nyman served in the U.S. Army during World War II and Korean conflict. He retired from military reserve with a rank of colonel. He is a former member of St. Olaf Alumni Board and is a member of the Board of Regents of Bethel College and Seminary in St. Paul. He is active in the Baptist church and a member of the Minnesota Pharmaceutical Association.
