Susannah Brokl is St. Olaf women’s hockey’s all-time leading goal scorer and is one of three All-Americans in program history.
After transferring to St. Olaf from Division I Northeastern University, Brokl tallied 53 goals and 55 assists for 108 points in 78 games over three seasons, making her one of two 100-point scorers in program history. Her 53 goals are the most ever by an Ole, while her 55 assists and 108 points are second in program history.
Brokl recorded at least 30 points in all three of her seasons at St. Olaf. Her 39 points (19 goals, 20 assists) in 2005-06 stand as a single-season program record, as do her 21 goals in 2004-05. Her 25 assists in 2006-07 are tied for the most in a season in program history.
To this date, Brokl owns three of St. Olaf’s top-six single-season point totals, two of the top-three single-season assist marks and two of the top-four single-season goal totals.
The scorer of 11 game-winning goals in her career, Brokl was an All-MIAC selection in each of her three seasons as an Ole and was an American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) West First Team All-American during her senior season.
As a senior, the three-year letterwinner was the team captain and Most Valuable Player of a team that tied the program record with 15 wins and posted its best-ever finish (second) in the MIAC standings.
