Tammy Metcalf-Flizen, a four year letter winner and two-time captain in basketball. Received team MVP honors during senior year, and was an MIAC All-Conference selection both her junior and senior years. Named MAIAW All-State following her senior year. Former St. Olaf College head softball coach, assistant softball coach, assistant men’s basketball coach, assistant women’s soccer coach and head women’s basketball coach. Currently the head basketball coach at Carleton College, while also serving as an instructor in physical education.
