NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Alicia Williams scored the lone goal of the match in the 70th minute to give Hamline a 1-0 MIAC conference victory over St. Olaf.

The goal came off of a corner kick with the assist given to Malya Hirshkowitz and Arendje Louter.  The Pipers had three shots on goal compared to the Oles one.

St. Olaf (2-4-3, 2-2-0 MIAC) held an advantage in corner kicks, but could not find the back of the net.  Emily Helle was the shot leader for the Oles with three.

Goalkeeper Ruth Hesse turned away three shots, while the Pipers' Anna Briscoe finished the match with one save.

The Oles play again at Macalester College on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
