NORTHFIELD, Minn. - St. Olaf held a 2-0 lead into the second period, but host Concordia-Moorhead scored three unanswered second period goals in a 4-2 MIAC women's hockey victory on Friday night at Moorhead Youth Hockey Ice Arena.
Jane Vezina scored at 7:19 and
Megan Skelly at 11:46 of the first period for the Oles (2-19-1, 1-13-1 MIAC).
Amber Schack had two goals and two assists for Concordia (12-9-1, 10-5-0 MIAC). Schaack scored a shorthanded goal to tie the game at 6:19 of the second before netting the game-winner at 11:55. She then assisted on Cassey Petrich's insurance goal at 9:58 of the third.
Haley Sampson had 27 saves for St. Olaf in net.
The teams meet in the series finale tomorrow at 2 p.m.
