Oles shut out Royals for first MIAC win

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's hockey team defeated Bethel University 4-0 on Friday night at the Northfield Ice Arena.

Jane Vezina had a goal in the first ten seconds of the game and led St. Olaf (2-17-1, 1-11-1 MIAC) with two goals. Karma Knutson and Kiki Platek also added a goal apiece. 

Megan Skelly had two assists on the night and goaltender Mae Moris was credited with the win and 21 saves. 

The Oles will be at Bethel tomorrow afternoon to finish the weekend series at 3 p.m.
