ST. CLOUD, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's hockey team defeated the College of Saint Benedict 4-3 with an overtime goal from Kalli McCullen.

Karma Knutson led St. Olaf (3-9, 2-5 MIAC) with a goal and an assist apiece. Each goal came during a power play.
Maddy Johnson had the last Ole goal of the second period at 16:57 to put St. Olaf ahad 3-2. Kylie Eckland of Saint Ben's tied it up at 3-3 at 18:58 in the second period. The third period went scoreless and the game was sent into overtime.
The Oles had 34 shots compared to Saint Ben's (3-10, 0-6) 21 shots. Goaltender
Cassie Alexander will get the win after saving 18, including eight in the second period.
St. Olaf will host CSB on Saturday to complete the two-game series at 2 p.m. at the Northfield Ice Arena.
