NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's basketball team lost a MIAC matchup 67-58 against the Carleton Knights on Wednesday evening at the West Gym at Carleton College.
St. Olaf (6-10, 2-7 MIAC) had three scorers in double figures, led by Makenna Ash with a game high 22 points and 11 rebounds. Â
Betsey Daly and Ella Skrien both put up over ten points as Daly scored 13 with 12 rebouds and Skrien dropped 10 with six rebounds.
Carleton (4-12, 2-7 MIAC) also had three scorers with over ten points including Cece Leone (17), Katie Chavez (16), and Samantha Cooke (14). Â
The Knights shot an impressive 46.9% from the floor, above the Oles 34.3%. Â
The Oles play next at home against St. Catherine University on Saturday at Skoglund Center.
