Griffins score early to pick up 8-3 win over Oles

AUBURNDALE, Fla. - Fontbonne University scored six times in the first three innings on the way to an 8-3 non-conference baseball win on Monday afternoon.

Ethan Borrowman went 4-for-4 and Ben Greenway 3-for-4 for the Griffins (4-10), who had 16 hits. 

St. Olaf was led by Thomas Peterson, who went 2-for-4 at the plate. Peterson also threw the last three innings on the mound for St. Olaf. Cameron Gray tossed two scoreless innings of relief. 

Brandon Beck worked five scoreless for Fontbonne to get the win. Beck walked two and allowed one hit in his five shutout innings.
