CLERMONT, Fla. - The St. Olaf softball team defeated Fontbonne University 6-2 before falling to the University of Chicago in the second game of the day 12-4 in the first day in Florida.

Emily Carr had three hits in three at bats including a double, a triple, along with two RBIs.
Julie Graf had three hits in four at bats, along with 17 strikeouts and just one earned run in seven innings of play.Â
Jessica Bentley hit a triple and had an RBI.

Maggie Casper were both 2-for-4.

Carr hit a homerun in the third inning to bring in two in and the Oles' score to four. Casper and
