NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The College of Saint Benedict defeated St. Olaf 58-33 in an MIAC women's basketball game on Saturday afternoon at Skoglund Center.
Samantha Tisa had a game-best 12 points and
Abby Wilgers 11 for St. Olaf (3-18, 1-13 MIAC) in the loss.
Saint Ben's was led by Megan Thompson, who had 13 points and three steals for the Blazers (19-2, 13-1 MIAC).
St. Olaf was within a point through one quarter, at 10-9, and held CSB to 36.5 percent from the floor. The Oles, however, managed only 13 field goals and shot 35.1 percent from the field with 24 turnovers.
