NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Mackenzie Schoustra finished third in the MIAC Heptathlon on Thursday and Friday afternoons at Carleton College.

Schoustra gathered 4064 total points over the two days to score six team points for the Oles.  Included in the heptathlon along with Schoustra's results:
100m Hurdles: 15.78 (741 points)
High Jump: 1.56 meters (689 points)
Shot Put: 7.79 meters (386 points)
200 meter dash: 27.33 (685 points)
Long Jump: 4.76 meters (495 points)
Javelin Throw: 28.03 meters (439 points)
800 meter run: 2:35.20 (629 points)

The Heptathlon was won by St. Benedicts' Megan Sundstrom, who collected 4586 points over the two day competition.

The rest of the MIAC Championship events will be contested next Friday and Saturday at Carleton College.
