NEW ORLEANS, La. – The St. Olaf College women's cross country team rose four spots to No. 25 in this week's U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country National Coaches' Poll, as announced on Wednesday.

St. Olaf jumped up four spots to a season-high ranking after winning the St. Olaf Invitational on Saturday. The Oles edged then No. 19-ranked UW-Eau Claire by seven points for the team title, highlighted by junior Louisa Lamarre's first-place individual finish.
St. Olaf has now been ranked in 53 consecutive USTFCCCA national polls since the start of the 2021 season.

The Oles will head across town for the Running of the Cows at Carleton College's Bill Huyck Championship Course on Saturday, Oct. 3. The pre-nationals race will have two races: the Maize Division at 10 a.m. and the Navy Championship Division at 11 a.m.
