AT ST. OLAF
2023-24 (Senior) – All-MIAC… Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2023 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Ran season-best 8K time of 25:30.5 to earn second All-MIAC accolade with 15th-place finish at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Finished 63rd in 25:38.6 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 11… Went on to place 182nd in 26:12.9 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 18.

2022-23 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Missed most of season due to injury… Finished 26th in 26:26.8 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29 in lone race of the season.

2021-22 (Sophomore) – All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-North Region… Academic All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... Finished 51st at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Nov. 20 with a season-best 8K time of 24:30.2… Placed 19th at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 13 with a time of 25:02.4… Finished ninth at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 25:32.0… Placed in the top 15 in each of the three meets leading up to the MIAC Championships.

2020-21 (First Year) – Fall 2020 Dean’s List… Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

AT HELLGATE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country… Placed second as a senior, fifth as a junior and eighth as a sophomore at the state meet individually… Team finished second at the state meet as a junior and senior and third as a sophomore… Was also on track & field team for four years… Finished second at state in the 1,600 meters and 3,200 meters as a junior and sixth in the 1,600 meters and seventh in the 3,200 meters as a senior… Class Valedictorian.
