2021-22 (Senior) – All-MIAC… Fall 2021 Dean’s List…  Finished 250th at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Nov. 20 with a time of 25:52.4… Placed 90th at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 13 in 26:29.4… Finished 14th at the MIAC Cross Country Championships with a season-best 8k time of 25:50.6 on Oct. 30… Took fourth at the Ole Opener on Sept. 1 with a personal-best 5k time of 16:14.3.

2020-21 (Junior) – Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Sophomore) – Placed 23rd (25:40.4) to help team to team title at Blugold Invitational (8K) on Oct. 4… Finished 70th (26:25.4) at Jim Drews Invitational (8K) on Oct. 19… Placed 30th (26:22.7) at MIAC Championships (8K) on Nov. 2… Finished 70th (27:09.5) at NCAA Division III Central Region Championships (8K) on Nov. 16… Placed 249th (26:33.7) at NCAA Division III Championships (8K) on Nov. 23.

2018-19 (First Year) – Placed seventh out of 90 at the Twin Cities Twilight on Aug. 31… Finished 45th out of 316 runners with a time of 29:13.4 at the Augsburg Invitational on Sept. 15… Placed sixth on the team and 32nd out of 430 with a time of 25:48.2 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 28… Finished 94th out of 294 with a time of 27:32.1 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 13… Placed 63rd out of 200 with a time of 27:51.0 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27.

AT BOISE HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of cross country and track & field teams... All-state in cross country as a junior.
