2023-24 (Senior) – USTFCCCA All-North Region… All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Ran season-best 8K time of 24:57.4 while finishing 21st at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 14… Earned second All-MIAC accolade with ninth-place finish in 25:06.0 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Collected all-region honors with 28th-place finish in 25:01.1 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 11… Went on to finish 96th in 25:41.3 at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Nov. 18.

2022-23 (Junior) – All-MIAC… Ran personal-best 8k time of 25:28.6 to finish 18th at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30… Earned All-MIAC honors with eighth-place finish in 25:32.0 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29… Missed out on USTFCCCA All-North Region honors by one spot with 36th-place finish in 25:33.9 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 12… Was team’s No. 3 finisher at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 19, placing 111th in 26:09.9.

2021-22 (Sophomore) – Honorable Mention All-MIAC… Finished 233rd at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships with a season-best 8K time of 25:46.4 on Nov. 20… Placed 83rd at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 13 with a time of 26:20.9… Finished 23rd at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 30 in 26:11.3.

2020-21 (First Year) – Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
