2023-24 (Senior) – All-MIAC… Earned third consecutive All-MIAC accolade by finishing 11th in season-best 6K time of 22:27.4 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Was the runner-up in 22:45.8 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16… Finished 13th in 22:51.7 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 29.

2022-23 (Junior) – All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Ran season-best 6K time of 22:29.4 to finish 27th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 15… Earned All-MIAC honors with sixth-place finish in 23:03.6 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29… Placed 42nd in 23:27.7 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 12… Was team’s No. 2 finisher at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 19, placing 50th in 22:55.1.

2021-22 (Sophomore) – All-MIAC… Ran season-best 6K time of 22:36.8 to finish 127th at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 20… Finished 63rd at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships in 23:43.8 on Nov. 13… Placed eighth at the MIAC Championships in 23:10.6 on Oct. 30… Posted an eighth-place finish at the Blugold Invitational in 22:57.8 on Oct. 1… Finished 13th in 23:31.5 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 18.

2020-21 (First Year) – Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Parents Adam and Megan... Has three siblings - Lucy, Emme and Sophie, who is her teammate on the St. Olaf women's cross country and track & field teams... Majoring in biology.
