2022-23 (Junior) – Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA All-North Region in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5,000-meter run… MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:56.03)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (sixth, 14:54.93)… Two-time MIAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week (April 11, April 18)… Broke St. Olaf’s program record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 8:53.50 in the prelims at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Finished the season ranked first on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:53.30) and third in the 5,000-meter run (14:15.81)… INDOOR: MIAC runner-up and All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (8:28.65) and 5,000-meter run (14:50.74)… Finished the season ranked seventh on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter run (8:28.65).

2021-22 (Sophomore) – USTFCCCA All-Academic… OUTDOOR: USTFCCCA All-North Region in 3,000-meter steeplechase… All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (2nd, 9:24.95) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (4th, 15:08.83)… Finished the season fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 10th in the 5,000-meter run (14:43.14)… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the 5,000-meter run (3rd, 14:49.53) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (6th, 8:35.02)… Finished the season seventh on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 5,000-meter run (14:49.53) and ninth in the 3,000-meter run (8:35.02).

AT GLENBROOK SOUTH HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country… Member of state-qualifying team as a senior… All-conference, all-region and all-section senior year… Team captain as a senior… Recorded fourth-fastest three-mile time (14:53) in school history senior year… All-conference as a sophomore and junior… Ran third-fastest three-mile for a junior (15:11) and fifth-fastest three-mile (16:40) for a freshman in school history… Also was on track & field team for three years… Conference champion in 1,600 meters as a freshman… Set field house record in 3,200 meters (9:43) as a junior… National Honor Society member… School’s Athlete of the Year.
