AT ST. OLAF
2021-22 (Senior) – Fall 2021 St. Olaf Dean’s List… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the 3,000-meter run (2nd, 8:22.08) and mile run (3rd, 4:16.10)… MIAC Men’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 18)… Finished the season fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 3,000-meter run (8:22.08) and eighth in the 1,000-meter run (2:30.32).
2018-19 (First Year) – Placed third in the one-mile run with a time of 4:25.97 at the St. Thomas Opener on Jan. 11… Finished second in the mile with a time of 4:28.46 at the St. Olaf Quadrangular on Jan. 25… Took second in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:00.39 at the St. Thomas Showcase on Feb. 8.
AT BOISE HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of cross country and track & field teams... All-state in cross country as a junior.
