2022-23 (Sophomore) – OUTDOOR: MIAC runner-up and All-MIAC in the shot put (14.74m)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the hammer throw (sixth, 45.99m)… Finished the season ranked eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the shot put (15.18m)… INDOOR: USTFCCCA All-North Region in the shot put… MIAC champion and All-MIAC in the shot put (15.63m)… Finished the season ranked sixth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the shot put (15.63m).
2021-22 (First Year) – OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the shot put (4th, 14.49m, 47’ 6 ½”)… Finished the season eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the shot put (15.02m, 49’ 3 ½”)… INDOOR: All-MIAC in the shot put (3rd, 14.43m, 47’ 4 ¼”)… Finished the season eighth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the shot put (14.46m, 47’ 5 ¼”).
AT NORTH HIGH SCHOOL
Played four years of football and was on track and field team for three years... Metro East Conference champion in the shot put and discus as a junior... Two-time all-conference in track and field... Captained both teams as a senior... All-district in football as a junior.
