2024-25 (Senior) – INDOOR: Member of Honorable Mention All-MIAC distance medley relay… Finished 10th in the 1,000-meter run (2:33.23) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Ran the anchor leg of St. Olaf’s fourth-place distance medley relay (10:22.95) at the MIAC Indoor Championships…. OUTDOOR: Placed 10th in the 1,5000-meter run (3:57.63) and 12th in the 800-meter run (1:58.02) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2023-24 (Junior) – Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 4x800-meter relay (3rd, 7:52.87)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 1,500-meter run (6th, 3:58.37).
2022-23 (Sophomore) – OUTDOOR: Member of St. Olaf’s All-MIAC 4x800-meter relay (3rd, 7:53.00)… INDOOR: MIAC runner-up and All-MIAC in the 1,000-meter run (2:31.56)… Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the one-mile run (6th, 4:21.82).
AT KLAMATH UNION HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country... Team finished third at OSAA 4A state cross country meet as a sophomore... Also ran four years of track and field... Placed eighth individually in the 3,000 meters at OSAA 4A state track meet.
