2024-25 (Senior) – USTFCCCA All-Academic... INDOOR: USTFCCCA Second Team All-American in the one-mile run… MIAC champion in the one-mile run… All-MIAC in the one-mile run and 1,000-meter run… Member of Honorable Mention All-MIAC distance medley relay… Ended his career ranked sixth on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 1,000-meter run (2:29.37) and 10th in the one-mile run (4:11.65)… Won the one-mile run (4:12.52) and was the runner-up in the 1,000-meter run (2:29.37) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Ran the first leg of St. Olaf’s fourth-place distance medley relay (10:22.95) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… OUTDOOR: Member of MIAC champion 4x800-meter relay… All-MIAC in the 4x800-meter relay… Ended career ranked ninth on program’s all-time performers’ list in the 1,500-meter run (3:50.02)… Placed 11th in the 1,500-meter run (3:58.33) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Ran the second leg of the first-place 4x800-meter relay (7:41.52) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.

2023-24 (Junior) – Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the 4x800-meter relay (3rd, 7:52.87)… Finished the season 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 1,500-meter run (3:50.94).

AT WASHBURN HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track and field... All-conference as a sophomore, junior, and senior... All-section and individual conference champion as a senior... Team captain senior year... Team won conference championships all four years.
