AT ST. OLAF
2023-24 (Fifth Year) – Spring 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… OUTDOOR: Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 400-meter hurdles (4th, 1:05.74) and heptathlon (5th, 3,920).
2021-22 (Junior) – Spring 2022 St. Olaf Dean's List... INDOOR: All-MIAC in the 55-meter hurdles (3rd, 8.63) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the pentathlon (4th, 2,900)… Finished the season ranked fourth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the 55-meter hurdles (8.63) and seventh in the pentathlon (3,095)… OUTDOOR: All-MIAC in the heptathlon (2nd, 4,251) and Honorable Mention All-MIAC in the 400-meter hurdles (4th, 1:05.86)… Finished the season ranked sixth on St. Olaf’s all-time list in the heptathlon (4,251) and seventh in the 100-meter hurdles (15.50).
2019-20 (First Year) – Finished fourth (2,862) in the pentathlon at the MIAC Indoor Championships, which ranked 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event… Placed fifth (9.37) in the 60-meter hurdles and 11th (4.89m, 16’ ½”) in the long jump at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Her time of 9.37 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the MIAC Indoor Championships ranked fifth on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event… Ran the third leg of the second-place 4x400-meter relay (4:03.76) at the MIAC Indoor Championships, which ranked 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event.
AT SHORELAND LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of volleyball, basketball, and track and field teams... All-conference in track and field all four years... Three-time state qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles, including a fourth-place finish... Set school record in the long jump, 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles, and 4x400-meter relay...
