AT ST. OLAF
2016 (Senior) - Six-time All-America cross county and track and field honoree. 2016 National champion, for the second consecutive year, at the NCAA Indoor Championships on the mile with a time of 4:10.10. 2016 Dave Hauck award winner. Named 2016 Regional Indoor Track Athlete of the Year. School record holder in the 1000, the outdoor mile, and as a memeber of the distance medley team. National runner-up in the 1500 meter at NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:49.55, .53 seconds behind teammate Jake Campbell. Escher finished second in the 1000 meter run and first in the mile run at MIAC Indoor Championships.He placed second in the 1500 meter at MIAC Outdoor Championships. These performances awarded Escher with All-MIAC Honors. Earned NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship, awarded to student-athletes who excel academically and athletically; Escherheld held a 3.97 GPA and was a two-time USTFCCA Division III National Scholar-Athlete of the Year while being a three-time national champion. 

2015 (Junior) - 2015 National champion at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the mile with a time of 4:10.19... Fourth on the all time St. Olaf performance list in the mile run... Led the Oles to a fourth place team finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships... MIAC Indoor champion in the mile run, and runner-up in the 1000m... All-Conference 2015 NCAA Outdoor champion in the 1500m with a finals of 3:49.64... Ran the second fastest time in St. Olaf history in the 1500m at the Phil Esten Challenge on April 17th, clocking in at 3:46.42... MIAC champion in the 1500m... 2015 USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete of the Year... Letterwinner.

2014 (Sophomore) - Set St. Olaf record in the 1000m...

2013 (First Year) - Letterwinner... Was all-conference finishing third in the mile at the MIAC Indoor Championships... Earned all-conference honroable mention fnishing fifth in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships...Ran 3:52.59 in the 1500m at the La Crosse Last Chance Meet on May 16, 2013 placing seventh on the St. Olaf All-Time list.
 
AT LA CROSSE LOGAN HIGH SCHOOL
Was a national merit scholar... Was an AP scholar with honors... Was All-State Academic... Recieved the Missisippi Valley Conference runner of the year award... Team earned conference title as a senior... Was All-State, team MVP, and captain as a senior... Earned All-Conference as a sophomore, junior and senior... Was a four-time letter-receipient... Also participated in track and field... Was conference champion in 3200m junior and senior years... Was the regional 3200m champion as a junior... Was Sectional 3200m champion as a senior... Earned All-Conference junior and senior years... Was team MVP and captain as a senior.... Was a four-time letter receipient... Holds a personal best of 9:24 in the 3200m and a school record personal best of 4:19 in the 1600m.
