AT ST. OLAF
2017-18 (Senior) – Ran a season best of 7.21 in the 60m at the St. Olaf Men’s Tostrud Classic… Ran in the 4x100m relay at multiple meets throughout the outdoor season.
2015-16 (Sophomore) - Finished eighth in the 55 meter dash and second in the 4x400 meter relay at MIAC Indoor Championships. Elstad ran first in the second place 4x100 meter relay at MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2014-15 (First Year) - Competed in the 200 meter dash and 800 meter relay.
AT DELANO HIGH SCHOOL
Captained as a senior... All-Conference as a senior... Team MVP as a sophomore... Four-time soccer letterwinner... Four years on the academic honor roll... National Honor Society member...
