2017-2018 (Senior) – All Conference Honors in the 400m (58.80; 3rd), 600m (1:36.02; 2nd), 4x200m (2nd), and 4x400m (1st) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… All American Honors for 6th place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships… All Conference Honors in the 200m (25.47; 3rd), 400m (58.09; 2nd), and 4x400m (3rd) at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Placed 14th in the 400m (56.53) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 600m (2nd) and 4x400m relay (2nd). Member of school record-breaking 4x200m relay and distance medley relay. St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performances in the 4x100m (4th) and the 4x400m (3rd).
2016-2017 (Junior)- Broke indoor school record in the 200m and the 400m. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 4x200m (4th) and 4x400m (7th), and the distance medley relay (2nd). St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performances in the 100m (3rd), 200m (1st), 400m (1st), 4x100m (3rd) and the 4x400m (4th).
2015-16 (Sophomore) - Earned All-MIAC honors during the indoor track season for the 400 meter dash (59.34) and the 4x400 meter relay (4:01.15)...Ran the 400 meeter dash at the NCAA Qualifier, she finished third with a time of 57.39...Had a 400 meter dash time of 57.03 at the Meet of the Unsaintly to finish second place, this time put her as the 40th fastest 400 runner in Division III competition for this season...Had a first place finish in the MIAC Championship 200 meter dash with a 25.39. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 200m (3rd), 400m (5th), 4x200m (2nd), and member of the school record-breaking 4x400m indoor relay team. St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performances in the 100m (5th) and 200m (2nd).
2014-15 (First Year) - Was All-Conference in both indoor and outdoor track. Member of first place 4x200 relay team at indoor conference. Member of first place 4x400 team at outdoor conference. Finished second in the open 200 and 400 at outdoor conference. Member of second place 4x100 team at outdoor conference. Finished fourth in the open 200 at indoor conference. Member of third place 4x400 team at indoor conference. Finished seventh in the open 400 at indoor conference. Ranked very high in the MIAC for sprints. A top sprinter for the Oles. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 60m (2nd), the 200m (3rd), 4x200m(2nd), and the 4x400m relay (2nd).
