AT ST. OLAF
2015 (Senior) - NCAA All-American with a 34th place finish at the Division III Cross Counry Championships on Nov. 21st... Ran 24:59.7 at NCAAs as the third scorer for St. Olaf... Consistantly a top three scorer for the Oles... All-MIAC and fifth overall at the MIAC Championships with a time of 26:01.4...  Ran career best 8k at Jim Drews Invite on Oct. 17... Finished 8th at the St. Olaf Invitational with a time of 25:46.9... Letterwinner.

2014 (Junior) - Did not compete.

2013 (Sophomore) - Finished fifth on the Oles national championship team on Nov. 23 at NCAA Championships... Placed 65th individually with a time of 25:42.2... Named to the All-Region team finishing 22nd at the NCAA Central Region Championships...  Finished third for the Oles and seventh overall at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 21... Placed sixth individually and second for the Oles with a time of 25:09 at the Blugold Invitational on Oct. 4... Was ninth overall and third for the Oles at the Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 19...  Consistently finished in the Ole top five...Letterwinner.
 
2012 (First Year) -Finished 150th at NCAA DIII National Championships...Competed at Central Regional Championships finishing 32nd... Earned All-Conference honorable mention placing 19th at MIAC Championships... Consistently finished in the Ole top seven...Letterwinner.
