2017-18 (Junior) – Ran a personal best of 19:36.63 in the 5,000m to place seventh at the Phil Esten Challenge at UW-La Crosse… Finished 16th in the steeplechase at the MIAC Outdoor Championships with a season best of 12:10.79.
2015-16 (First Year) -Finished second in the steeplechase with a time of 12:15.14 at the Manitou Classic... Had a fifth place finish at the Tommie Twilight steeplechase finishing with 11:52.25...Had a 13th place finish in the 5000 meter run at the Holst Invitational... St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performance in the steeplechase (9th).
