2017-18 (Senior) – Placed 3rd with a season best of 2:40.82 in the 1,000m at the St. Olaf Tri… Ran a season best of 9:59.44 in the steeplechase at the St. Olaf/Carleton Rolex Classic… Finished 10th in the 1500m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2016 (Sophomore) - Competed in the 3000 meter at MIAC Indoor Championships and placed seventh in the final 1500 meter run.
2015 (First Year) - Came in 7th at MIAC Indoor Championships in the 3000 meter run with a time of 8:47.65. At Indoor MIAC Championships, Aarness had a top 10 finish in the 1500 meter run.
