2017-18 (Senior) – Ran season bests of 5:01.55 in the mile at the St. Olaf Tri and 4:37.40 in the 1500m at the St. Olaf/Carleton Rolex Classic.
2015-16 (Sophomore) - Competed at MIAC Indoor Championships in the mile run and the 3000 meter run.

All-State, All Region and All-Conference as a senior... Captained senior year... Three-time letterwinner for each of cross country, nordic skiing and track... Captained nordic skiing for two years.
