AT ST. OLAF
2016 (Senior) - Competed in the 600 meter dash and 800 meter run at MIAC Indoor Championships. Ran as a part of the ninth place 4x800 meter relay at MIAC Outdoor Championships. Had mutiple top-ten finishes in the 800 meter run throughout the outdoor season.
AT MAHTOMEDI HIGH SCHOOL
Was a four-time letterwinner... Three-time All-Conference... Competed in cross country... Was All-Conference as a junior and senior... Named team MVP as a junior... Captained in his final two seasons... Four-time letterwinner... Had a personal best in the 5K at the Osceola Invitational on Sept. 17th, 2011 with a time of 16:47... Competed in cross-country skiing... All-Conference as a junior and senior... All-Conference honorable mention as a sophomore... Captained as a senior.
