AT ST. OLAF
2016 (Senior) - All-MIAC in the 200 and 400 meter dash, finished third in both races at the MIACs with a 22.09 in the 200 and 49.27 in the 400...Contributed to the 4x400 meter that took fifth at the NCAA Qualifier running their fastest season time of 3:15.08 and earning 22nd place on the NCAA Division III list...Had a sixth place finish at the indoor NCAAs for the medley relay, the 4x400 relay also placed second...Finished in first in the 400 meter dash with a final time of 49.59 at the Tom Cat Twilight...Had a 16th place finish in the 100 meter with a time of 10.93 at Concordia St. Paul.
2013 (First Year) - Letterwinner... Ran 22.94 in the 200m dash at the St. Olaf Triangular on Jan. 25, 2013 placing fifth on the St. Olaf All-Time list... Finished fourth in the 400m dash (50.11) placing him fifth on the St. Olaf All-Time list at the MIAC Indoor Championships on March 1, 2013... Earned all-conference honorable mention... Ran on the third place 4x400m relay at MIAC Indoor... Placed fourth in the 400m dash at the MIAC Outdoor Championships earning all-conference honorable mention... Competed on the second place 4x200m relay and the third place 4x400m relay at MIAC Outdoor.
