2018-19 (Senior) - Finished second in the one-mile run with a time of 4:21.35 at the St. Thomas Opener on Jan. 11, 2019 … finished second in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:35.69 at the St. Olaf Quadrangular on Jan. 25, 2019 … took third in the one-mile run with a time of 4:20.49 at the St. Thomas Showcase on Feb. 8, 2019 … Â
2017-18 (Junior) – Ran a personal best of 8:44.28 in the 3000m to finish 1st at the Showcase meet…  Ran personal bests of 4:00.36 in the 1500m (Phil Esten Challenge), 15:24.23 in the 5000m (Bolstorff Twilight), and 1:58.65 in the 800m (St. Olaf/Carleton Rolex Classic)… Placed 7th in the 1500m and 17th in the 5000m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
2015-16Â (First Year) - Competed as a part of the third place distance relay at MIAC Indoor Championships. At Outdoor MIAC Championships, he placed sixth in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:14.48.
