2018-19 (Senior) - Won the Ole-Mac Time Trial 4k with a time of 15:28.3 on Aug. 31, 2018… Led the team and finished 1^st out of 36 at the St. Olaf Alumni Run on Sept. 8, 2018… Finished 5^th overall and 2^nd for the Oles at the Auggie Invite on Sept. 15, 2018… Finished 14^th overall and 2^nd on the team at the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invite on Sept. 28, 2018 with a season best of 22:37.0… Placed 93^rd out of 349 and 3^rd for the Oles at the UW-Oshkosh Pre-Nationals Invite on Oct. 13, 2018…

2017 (Junior) – Finished fifth on the team and 41st out of 238 with a time of 23:18.0 at the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational on Sept. 29 … finished third on the team and overall out of 85 with a time of 19:20.81 at the St. Kates Invite on Oct. 7 … finished second on the team and 30th out of 332 with a time of 22:47.57 at the Principia College Cowbell Invite on Oct. 14 … finished fourth on the team and 19th out of 229 with a time of 23:21.2 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28 … finished fifth on the team and 38th out of 215 with a time of 22:59.4 at the NCAA Division III Central Regional on Nov. 11 … placed fifth on the team and 212th out of 279 with a  time of 23:02.60 at the NCAA DIII Cross Country Championships on Nov. 18.
