AT ST. OLAF
2019-20 (Junior) – Led off the second-place 4x400-meter relay (3:04.76), which ranked 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event, and ran the second leg of the sixth-place 4x200-meter relay (1:48.70) at the MIAC Indoor Championships, which ranked 10th on St. Olaf’s all-time indoor top-10 list in the event… Also ran the second leg (400m) of the eighth-place DMR (13:07.20) at the MIAC Indoor Championships.

2017-18 (Freshman) – All-Conference Honors in the 4x400 and the 4x200 at the MIAC Indoor Championships… All American Honors in the Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships after placing 6^th with a time of 11:47.23… Ran a season best of 26.43 in the 200m at the Janis Rider Invitational… Finished 6^th with a season best of 59.33 in the 400m at the MIAC Outdoor Championships. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 200m (6^th) and 4x400m relay (2^nd). Member of school record-breaking 4x200m relay and distance medley relay. St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performances in the 4x100m (4^th) and the 4x400m (3^rd).
