2017-18 (Freshman) – Ran a personal best of 2:36.53 in the 1000m at the St. Olaf Men’s Tostrud Classic… Finished 4th at the MIAC Indoor Championships in the 3000m (8:46.48)… Ran a personal best of 4:04.97 in the 1500m at the Phil Esten Challenge… Won the 5000m at the Meet of Saints with a personal best of 16:10.13… Finished 14th in the 1500m in a time of 4:10.39 at the MIAC Outdoor Championships.
