AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (Fifth Year) – Returned to team for fifth year of eligibility from COVID-19 pandemic... Honorable Mention All-MIAC… Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:21.1 to finish 60th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19… Finished 21st in 25:56.3 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2.

2023-24 (Senior) – USTFCCCA All-North Region… All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Ran season-best 8K time of 24:57.6 to finish 22nd and earn all-region honors at NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 11… Finished 10th in 25:10.9 to collect second consecutive All-MIAC accolade at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Went on to finish 259th in 26:48.8 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 18.

2022-23 (Junior) – All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Ran personal-best 8K time of 25:50.3 to finish 33rd at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 15… Earned first-career All-MIAC accolade by placing 15th in 25:53.7 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29… Finished 229th in 26:53.3 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 19.

2021-22 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Finished 35th at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a season-best 8K time of 26:35.8.

2020-21 (First Year) – Fall 2020 Dean’s List… Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

AT FAIRVIEW HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country… Four-year varsity runner and letterwinner… Team placed sixth at state meet as a senior, fifth as a junior and seventh as a sophomore… Coached by former Olympian Alan Culpepper… Team captain senior year… Boulder All-County Honorable Mention as a junior after placing 42nd at state meet… Also was on track & field team for three years… Three-year varsity runner and letterwinner… Academic honors.
