2022-23 (Senior) – Academic All-MIAC… Fall 2022 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Ran season-best 8K time of 26:27.8 to finish 70th at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 20… Placed 48th in 27:03.9 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29.
2021-22 (Junior) – Academic All-MIAC… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Fall 2021 Dean’s List… Finished 65th at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 27:31.1… Ran personal-best 8K time of 26:17.3 while finishing 20th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 18.
2020-21 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC... Fall 2020 Dean’s List… Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
