2019-20 (Senior) – USTFCCCA All-Central Region… Spring 2020 Dean’s List… Finished fifth (26:53.7) as team won team title at St. Olaf Invitational (8K) on Sept. 21… Placed 10th (25:26.3) to lead team to team title at Blugold Invitational (8K) on Oct. 4… Finished 18th (25:40.4) as team was second at Jim Drews Invitational (8K) on Oct. 19… Placed 53rd (26:58.0) at MIAC Championships (8K) on Nov. 2… Helped team to third at NCAA Division III Central Region Championships (8K) by finishing 25th (26:16.7) on Nov. 16… Placed 172nd (25:53.8) as team finished 25th at NCAA Division III Championships (8K) on Nov. 23.

2018-19 (Junior) – Honorable Mention All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Central Region… Placed fifth on the team and 16th out of 316 overall with a time of 28:01.3 at the Augsburg Invitational on Sept. 15… Finished fifth on the team and 31st out of 430 with a time of 25:47.2 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 28… Placed third on the team and 26th out of 294 with a time of 26:03.7 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 13… Finished 12th out of 200 with a time of 26:15.3 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27… Placed second on the team and 25th out of 210 with a time of 25:33.9 at the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships on Nov. 10…  Finished sixth on the team and 234th out of 280 with a time of 26:29.2 at the NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 17.

2017-18 (Sophomore) – Finished 82nd out of 257 with a time of 26:54.0 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 29… Finished 82nd out of 357 with a time of 26:46.71 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 14… Finished 53rd out of 203 with a time of 27:19.0 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28… Placed 15th out of 34 with a time of 28:30.8 at the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 2.

2016-17 (First Year) - Competed at all regular season races... Season-best of 27:30.2 at the Blugold Invite... Was 59th at the MIAC Championships with a time of 27:47.0 on Oct. 29.

All-conference in cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior... Scored for 3A state championship-winning team in 2013 and 2014... All-State in 3A in cross country in 2014... Member of three teams that qualified for state in cross country... Cross country team qualified for Nike Cross Nationals in 2013... All-conference in track & field as a sophomore and senior.
