2024-25 (Sophomore) – Fall 2024 St. Olaf Dean’s List… Ran personal-best 8K time of 26:57.0 to finish 51st at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2.

2023-24 (First Year) – Ran season-best 8K time of 27:18.2 while finishing 63rd at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28.

AT LAKE CRYSTAL WELLCOME MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track and field… Three-year cross country captain… Four-time All-Gopher Conference honoree, two time all-Section 2A, honoree, and one-time academic all-state in cross country… Member of Section 2A champion and state qualifier cross country team as a senior… Track and field team captain… Two-time All-Gopher Valley Conference as a member of the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relays and earned all-conference honors in the 800-meter run… Part of school record-holder 4x800-meter relay that qualified for state in 2023… Two-time academic all-section and one-time academic all-state in track and field… Part of one true team section championship team and two true team state qualifying teams in track and field… Honor Roll student.
