AT ST. OLAF
2022-23 (Senior) – Ran season-best 8K time of 26:34.6 to finish 90th at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 15… Finished 68th in 27:38.2 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 29.

2021-22 (Junior) – Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Finished 281st at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Nov. 20 with a time of 26:30.6… Placed 74th at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 13 in 26:06.2… Finished 27th at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 26:27.4… Ran season-best 8K time of 26:04.8 while finishing 14th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 18.

2020-21 (Sophomore) – Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (First Year) – Placed third (21:02.4) in his first collegiate race at the Twin Cities Twilight (4 miles) on Aug. 30… Finished seventh (27:13.6) as team won team title at St. Olaf Invitational (8K) on Sept. 21… Placed 41st (25:56.9) at Blugold Invitational (8K) on Oct. 4… Finished 95th (26:49.9) at Jim Drews Invitational (8K) on Oct. 19… Placed 27th (26:17.2) to help team to third at MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Finished 78th (27:18.6) at NCAA Division III Central Region Championships on Nov. 16… Placed 247th (26:29.9) at NCAA Division III Championships on Nov. 23.

AT LARAMIE HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of cross country and outdoor track & field teams... Also on indoor track & field and Nordic skiing teams for two years... Honor Roll student.
