2021-22 (Senior) – All-MIAC… Academic All-MIAC… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Chi Alpha Sigma inductee… Finished 108th at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships on Nov. 20 with a personal-best 8k time of 24:55.4… Placed 36th at the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 13 with a time of 25:19.3… Finished 11th at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 in 25:45.4… Placed in top 30 of all four meets leading up to the MIAC Championships.

2020-21 (Junior) – Fall 2020 Dean’s List… Cross country season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Sophomore) – Fall 2019 Dean’s List… MIAC Academic All-Conference… Spring 2020 Dean’s List… Finished 54th (29:36.9) at St. Olaf Invitational (8K) on Sept. 21… Placed 104th (26:46.2) at Blugold Invitational (8K) on Oct. 4… Finished 51st (26:10.3) at Jim Drews Invitational (8K) on Oct. 19… Placed 47th (26:50.1) at MIAC Championships (8K) on Nov. 2… Finished ninth (28:39.4) at Great Karhu Shoe Race (8K) on Nov. 7.

2018-19 (First Year) - Placed 57th out of 316 runners with a time of 29:26.0 at the Augsburg Invitational on Sept. 15… Finished 60th out of 294 with a time of 27:03.5 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 13… Placed 26th out of 200 with a time of 26:48.8 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27… Led the team and won the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 1.
