AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (Sophomore) – Ran season-best 8K time of 29:32.0 to finish 168th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 21.

2023-24 (First Year) – Ran season-best 8K time of 28:06.5 while finishing 56th at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16… Finished 100th in 28:12.4 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28.

AT LINN-MAR HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and track and field… Two-time Mississippi Valley Conference All-Academic in cross country… Honorable mention all-metro in cross country as a senior… First team all-metro in the 4x800-meter relay as a senior and two-time honorable mention all-metro in the event previously… Second team all-metro and second team all-conference in the 1,600-meter medley as a senior… Two-time Mississippi Valley Conference All-Academic in track and field… Academic all-state in track and field as a senior… Member of National Honor Society.
