AT ST. OLAF
2022-23 (Sophomore) – Academic All-MIAC… Finished 197th in 29:37.9 at the St. Olaf Invitational in lone race of the season.
2021-22 (First Year) – Finished 143rd at the MIAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 29:24.4… Ran season-best 8k time of 27:50.1 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 15.
AT WASHBURN HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country... Team won conference championships junior and senior years... Finished 12th individually in the conference as a senior... Also ran four years of track and field... Placed fifth in the conference and 16th in the section in the two-mile run as a senior... National Honor Society member... Honor Roll student.

Parents Travis and Lori... Has two siblings - John and Seneca... Sister, Seneca '23, is a member of the St. Olaf women's cross country and track and field teams... Majoring in history.
