AT ST. OLAF
2024-25 (Junior) – USTFCCCA All-North Region… All-MIAC… Ran personal-best 8K time of 24:51.5 to place 30th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 19… Earned All-MIAC honors with ninth-place finish in 25:19.1 at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2… Claimed all-region honors with 20th-place performance in 25:02.0 at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Nov. 16… Placed 68th in 24:59.2 at the NCAA Division II Championships on Nov. 23.

2023-24 (Sophomore) – Ran season-best 8K time of 26:28.0 while finishing 39th at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28.

AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OREGON
2022-23 (Sophomore) – Was not on cross country and track and field teams – trained for trail racing.

2021-22 (First Year) – Member of the cross country and track and field teams… Finished 14th in the 5,000-meter run (14:55.48) at the Hayward Premiere on April 1 and 10th in the 5,000-meter run (15:01.24) at the Oregon Twilight on May 6.

AT HELLGATE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran four years of cross country and three years of track and field… Also was on the curling team for two years and the lacrosse team for one year… Montana state champion in the 800-meter run and 1,600-meter run in 2021… Two-time third-place finisher at the state cross country meet… Footlocker All-West Regional honoree in 2019 and placed 34th at Footlocker Cross Country Nationals that year… Placed 21st at Nike Outdoor Nationals in the mile in 2021.
