2018-19 (Junior) – Finished 128th out of 316 runners with a time of 31:05.2 at the Augsburg Invitational on Sept. 15… Placed fifth on the team and 34th out of 112 runners with a time of 28:04.9 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 22… Finished 182nd out of 430 with a time of 27:40.7 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 28… Placed 124th out of 294 with a time of 27:57.6 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 13… Finished 49th out of 200 with a time of 27:28. at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 27… Placed 10th with a time of 27:28.9 at the Great Karhu Shoe Race on Nov. 1.

2017-18 (Sophomore) – Led the team and placed fourth out of 278 with a time of 26:05.3 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16… Finished 55th out of 257 with a time of 26:33.0 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 29… Finished 57th out of 357 with a time of 26:26.66 at the Jim Drews Invitational on Oct. 14… Finished 65th out of 203 with a time of 27:33.6 at the MIAC Championships on Oct. 28.

2016-17 (Freshman) – Earned All-MIAC honors after finishing 16th at the MIAC Championships with a time of 26:48.3... Placed 41st at the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships with a time of 26:23.8 on Nov. 12... Finished 224th (26:21.5) at the NCAA Division III Championships... Season-best time of 26:13.3 at the Blugold Invitational on Sept. 30.
