2024-25 (First Year) – Spring 2025 St. Olaf Dean's List... Ran personal-best 8K time of 27:38.3 to finish 76th at the MIAC Championships on Nov. 2.

AT HOOD RIVER VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year member of the track and field and swimming and diving teams and ran two years of cross country… Northwest Oregon Conference champion in the 800-meter run with a school record time of 1:54.80 as a senior… Placed fifth at the 5A state meet in the 800-meter run as a senior… Finished 12th in the 5A state meet in the 3,000-meter run in 2021, seventh in the 800-meter run in 2022, and ninth in the 800-meter run in 2023... Part of team that finished fifth in the state in cross country in 2021… School’s Athlete of the Year as a senior… Captained swimming and diving team… Placed fifth in the 200-yard freestyle relay as a senior, third in the 200-yard freestyle relay and fifth in the 400-yard freestyle relay as a junior, and 10th in the 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard freestyle relay in 2022… National Honor Society member… Class Valedictorian.
