2015 (Senior) - Finished fifth at the NCAA National Championships with a time of 24:31.3... All-American... Was third at the NCAA Central Regional Championships with a time of 25:28.7... All-Region honors... MIAC Champion at Como Golf Course with a time of 25:36.1... All-Conference... Runner-up at the Jim Drews Invite on Oct. 17 with a time of 24:50... Runner-up at the Blugold Invitational... Won the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 19 with a time of 25:20.2... Won the Alumni 5K in 15:28.4... Finished as the Oles top runner at every race... Letterwinner.
2014 (Junior) - Finished 9th at NCAAs on Nov. 22 with a time of 24:07.0... Helped St. Olaf claim second at NCAAs... All-American... Third at NCAA Central Regionals with a time of 24:45.6, and helped St. Olaf win the team title... Second at MIAC Championships, helping St. Olaf defend the MIAC Championship from last year... Earned All-Conference honors (24:59.8)... Third at Blugold Invitational with a time of 24:43.5... Consistantly ran as the Oles second runner throughout the season... Letterwinner.
2013 (Sophomore) -Competed at the NCAA Championships on Nov. 23 finishing 31st overall and fifth for the team to help St. Olaf win their first national title... Earned All-American honors (25:19.7)...  Was named to the All-Region team...Ran on the Oles NCAA Central Region championship team finishing 18th overall and fourth for the Oles with a time of 25:36.42... Placed fourth for the Oles and sixth individually at MIAC Championships (25:41.5)... Was named All-Conference... Finished 13th at the Tori Neubauer Invitational on Oct. 19 and was fifth for the Oles... Consistently finished in the Oles top five... Letterwinner.

2012 (First Year) - Placed 102nd at NCAA Division III National Championships with a time of 25:43.8... Competed on the St. Olaf Regional team finishing All-Region at 15th place (26:12.9)...  Was All-Conference finishing 12th at MIAC Championships... Consistently placed in the Ole top five...Letterwinner.
